If you have an old business card that states that we are "Licensed", please note:
That term referred, and still refers, to the fact that we
have a "Privilege License", which, by law and our typical
contract amounts, is all we are required to have. There is no need to call
the Contractors Licensing Board of Arkansas to check on our status, because
they will tell you that they have no such company in their records. Also
PLEASE don't call them and make it seem is if we portrayed ourselves as
being "Licensed by the Board" because we haven't done that! Anytime
you see the term "Licensed", it wouldn't hurt to first ask
the company itself what kind of license that term refers to.
