The few Deck companies in this area that even have websites, don't list their prices and we never have either. There are many reasons for this. Each job is different in so many ways - height, size, accessories, old deck tear-out, location, choice of materials... not to mention the fact that material prices are constantly fluctuating. But each area of the country does have an average square-foot dollar amount that Decks can be installed for.

When trying to compare a price we may quote you to the price another contractor gives you for, what you may think is, the same job, you should first read our article Apples to Apples in a Bad Economy. We may be higher or we may be lower than your other quotes. The lowest average sq ft price I could find for a Quality installed Deck, anywhere in the country was $12 psf. using Treated Pine. (and that WASN'T here!)
In most locations, the average sq ft price, installed, is between $16 and $21 for Treated Pine. Every other material choice can double, triple, and sometimes, quadruple what you'd spend using Treated Pine.

According to research, even beyond the links above, and average Treated Pine material costs, the Average square-foot price for an installed Deck in Arkansas is.......... $15 psf.
